Our focus is on maintaining our agile and entrepreneurial culture.</p> <p><strong>Role Title: Test Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven Track record as an outstanding test analyst with end-to-end testing experience.</li> <li>Capable to define the Test Strategy &amp; Test Plan document, <strong>to design the test cases</strong> and prepare the testers for UAT.</li> <li>Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the banking environment.</li> <li>Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.</li> <li>Hands on experience in test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking skill and test progress reporting including using a variety if test management tools</li> <li>Strong experience in SIT and UAT coordination across multi-phase projects (<strong>Agile preferred</strong>). Business Analyst background is advantageous.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Experience &amp; Certification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT, SQL queries, Mantis, Data Migration</li> <li>ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) is <strong>nice to have</strong> (<em>candidates working toward it are also encouraged</em>).</li> <li>Candidate with experience in Banking domain OR (Insurance / Financial Services industry) is highly preferred.</li> <li><strong>Fluency in Mandarin OR Cantonese is a MUST </strong>(China/HK projects)</li> </ul> <div class="page" data-page-number="1" data-loaded="true">&nbsp;</div> <div class="page" data-page-number="2" data-loaded="true"> <div class="textLayer">&nbsp;</div> </div>
