Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>*This position requires TS/SCI Clearance*&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>*This position is contingent upon contract award*</strong></span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Responsibilities:</u></span></h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and technical guidance to assigned contractor personnel, ensuring all tasks are executed in accordance with contract requirements and Government priorities.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned functional area, coordinating directly with Government representatives and the Program Manager to ensure mission requirements are met.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitor the performance and productivity of assigned personnel, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain operational effectiveness.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Participate in meetings, briefings, and progress reviews, providing status updates and technical information on assigned task areas as required.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Assist in the onboarding, training, and professional development of assigned personnel to ensure baseline proficiency and continued growth.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Prepare and submit task area reports, status updates, and deliverables in accordance with established timelines and program requirements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Qualifications:</u></span></h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Minimum of six (6) years of experience in intelligence operations, program support, or a related discipline within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated experience leading small teams or functional groups in a fast-paced operational or programmatic environment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage personnel, prioritize tasks, and engage with Government stakeholders.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with DoD intelligence operations, contracting requirements, and performance standards applicable to the assigned functional area.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Active TS/SCI security clearance required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Security Clearance:</u> TS/SCI</span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
