Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!</p> <p>The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.</p> <p><strong>*This position is contingent upon contract award*</strong></p> <p><strong>*This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance*</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">Responsibilities</h3> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Assist the Program Manager in maintaining oversight and administrative control over the entire contract workforce, ensuring performance standards and mission objectives are met.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Serve as the senior-level liaison between the Contractor and Government in the absence of the Program Manager, working directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, and progress reviews, providing management, technical, cost, and schedule information as required.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitor contract performance across all functional areas, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure continued compliance with contract requirements.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support the preparation and delivery of management reports, status updates, and program documentation as required by Government stakeholders.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Coordinate with functional leads and government stakeholders to ensure contractor personnel remain aligned with program priorities and objectives.</li> </ul> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">Qualifications</h3> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program management, intelligence operations, or a related discipline within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale contracts within the DoD or Intelligence Community, with a thorough understanding of contract management, performance monitoring, and government acquisition processes.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively engage with senior Government officials.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with DoD contracting processes, performance-based contracting, and government acquisition regulations.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Active TS/SCI security clearance required.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
