<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="ygt7mj" data-start="533" data-end="707">Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and shared understanding across international environments.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="1ns1h1k" data-start="708" data-end="876">Support delivery in<strong> Identity & Access Management (IAM)</strong> and/or regulatory and compliance-driven projects, ensuring requirements meet security and audit expectations.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="1dj8vyb" data-start="877" data-end="1019">Maintain and manage requirements documentation and backlog using tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring traceability and consistency.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="rxs42k" data-start="1020" data-end="1174">Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC, supporting clarification, testing alignment, and validation of delivered functionality.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="1vefg8k" data-start="1175" data-end="1313">Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning) and contribute to hybrid delivery models where applicable.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="1jmlx9f" data-start="1314" data-end="1463">Analyze business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, particularly in IAM and authorization-related areas.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="61w5z1" data-start="1464" data-end="1591">Facilitate workshops and discussions with mixed business and technical stakeholders, driving decision-making and consensus.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="2zzoqu" data-start="1592" data-end="1716">Support coordination with distributed (nearshore/offshore) teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery continuity.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;" data-section-id="pl6in0" data-start="1717" data-end="1863">Contribute to compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NPA-like requirements) and ensure proper integration into product or system design.</li>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p>

<li>3+ years of experience as a <strong>Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer</strong> in IT projects.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains:</li>
</ul>
<ul type="disc">
<ul type="circle">
<li><strong>Identity & Access Management (IAM)</strong> or</li>
<li><strong>Regulatory / compliance-driven projects</strong> (e.g. audit, NPA-like topics, security)</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Strong skills in <strong>requirements elicitation</strong> (interviews, workshops), <strong>requirements analysis</strong>, and <strong>documentation</strong>.</li>
<li>Ability to write clear, unambiguous <strong>functional requirements</strong> and <strong>user stories</strong> (including acceptance criteria).</li>
<li>Experience working in <strong>cross-functional, international teams</strong> (business, IT, external partners).</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>Jira / Confluence</strong> or comparable ALM tools for documenting and tracking requirements.</li>
<li>Very good <strong>English</strong> (spoken and written) for daily project communication.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and independent way of working.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Methodology</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Experience with <strong>agile</strong> (Scrum / Kanban) and/or <strong>hybrid</strong> project approaches.</li>
<li>Understanding of the <strong>software development lifecycle (SDLC)</strong> and basic understanding of testing processes.</li>

<li>Experience in <strong>IAM projects</strong> with tools such as <strong>One Identity</strong>, IGA systems, or similar solutions.</li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>NPA</strong> or comparable regulatory frameworks in insurance or financial services.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>ERGO</strong> or <strong>Munich Re</strong> environment, especially:</li>
</ul>

<li>IAM process landscape</li>
<li>IT landscape and key stakeholders</li>
<li>Existing IGA solutions (e.g. CARE)</li>
</ul>

<li>Basic understanding of <strong>IT security</strong>, <strong>authorization concepts</strong>, and <strong>role models</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Languages & soft skills</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li><strong>English language skills</strong> (spoken and written) to communicate with international stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience in working with <strong>nearshore/offshore teams</strong> (e.g. Poland, India).</li>
<li>Strong facilitation and moderation skills for workshops with mixed business/IT participants.</li>
