skills</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>3+ years of experience as a&nbsp;<strong>Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer</strong>&nbsp;in IT projects.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains:</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <ul type="circle"> <li><strong>Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM)</strong>&nbsp;or</li> <li><strong>Regulatory / compliance-driven projects</strong>&nbsp;(e.g. audit, NPA-like topics, security)</li> </ul> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong skills in&nbsp;<strong>requirements elicitation</strong>&nbsp;(interviews, workshops),&nbsp;<strong>requirements analysis</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>documentation</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to write clear, unambiguous&nbsp;<strong>functional requirements</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>user stories</strong>&nbsp;(including acceptance criteria).</li> <li>Experience working in&nbsp;<strong>cross-functional, international teams</strong>&nbsp;(business, IT, external partners).</li> <li>Familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>Jira / Confluence</strong>&nbsp;or comparable ALM tools for documenting and tracking requirements.</li> <li>Very good&nbsp;<strong>English</strong>&nbsp;(spoken and written) for daily project communication.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and independent way of working.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Methodology</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>agile</strong>&nbsp;(Scrum / Kanban) and/or&nbsp;<strong>hybrid</strong>&nbsp;project approaches.</li> <li>Understanding of the&nbsp;<strong>software development lifecycle (SDLC)</strong>&nbsp;and basic understanding of testing processes.</li> </ul> <div> <div><strong>Nice-to-have qualifications</strong></div> </div> <p><strong>Domain &amp;
