<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As <strong>Knowledge Transition Leader</strong>, you will own end-to-end knowledge transition programs when global engineering and IT work moves to newly established or scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role is designed for a hands-on transition leader who can drive speed-to-productivity, continuity, and operational stability — not just create documentation.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You will act as the single point of accountability across client leadership, source (legacy) teams, and GCC teams — designing transition approaches, managing risks, and ensuring knowledge is transferred in a repeatable, scalable way across geographies.</span></p>
