About the Role As a Engagement Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of GCC/GBS strategy and advisory engagements — from shaping ambiguous client asks into structured problem statements to leading teams through research, analysis, and executive-ready recommendations. This role is designed for a hands-on consulting leader who can operate confidently at CXO and senior leadership levels, bring deep credibility in GCC/GBS strategy, and drive predictable outcomes across multiple projects in parallel. In addition to delivery, you will contribute meaningfully to business development, solutioning, and practice development through reusable assets, thought leadership, and team capability building.
