As the Land Development Engineering lead for the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metro, you will build and sustain strong relationships with private developers, municipal partners, and key regional stakeholders across North Texas, while leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.   As lead, you’ll drive the operational excellence, project delivery quality, and business development results, ensuring consistent execution aligned with McAdams’ culture and long-term strategic objectives.
