They ensure that parts and products are assembled accurately by following standard practices, procedures and documented technical specifications. &nbsp;They perform advanced, highly detailed multi-step assembly for complex products with custom assembly specifications. The Assembler Tester III maintains necessary materials for production, keeps their workspace clean and organized, and updates work performed in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Sr Assembler Tester coaches, mentors and trains team members and serves as a resource to them for questions.</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Measures of success: </span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559737&quot;:432}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Meet Safety requirements;&nbsp;personal protective equipment&nbsp;always&nbsp;worn&nbsp;in&nbsp;the facility</span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span class="TextRun SCXW41781214 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW41781214 BCX8">Meet or exceed daily production requirements&nbsp;</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW41781214 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span class="TextRun SCXW197167822 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW197167822 BCX8">100% accuracy on any inventory transactions and&nbsp;</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW197167822 BCX8">q</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW197167822 BCX8">uality requirements</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW197167822 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span class="TextRun SCXW190550363 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW190550363 BCX8">100% adherence to processes and material usage, no deviations</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW190550363 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #007635;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559737&quot;:432}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Performs advanced, highly detailed multi-step assembly of custom parts and products according to Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS) and Bills of Material (BOM).</li> <li>Reviews job information in ERP system daily to determine orders to process.</li> <li>Coaches, mentors and trains other Assembler Testers.</li> <li>Serves as a resource to Assembler Testers when they have questions or need assistance.</li> <li>Collaborates with Manufacturing Engineers for any new processes to ensure that the team is utilizing equipment and machines properly.</li> <li>Maintains inventory of materials needed for production orders.</li> <li>Operates equipment and uses common hand and pneumatic tools as instructed.</li> <li>Performs standard tests after completion of each assembly operation to ensure parts and products meet tolerances, product specifications and quality standards.</li> <li>Rotates between different workstations and/or bays as production needs require or to reduce fatigue.</li> <li>Examines work completed by team members for accuracy, continued operations and safety.</li> <li>Moves materials as needed for production, utilizing proper equipment and safety procedures.</li> <li>Ensures maximum output for work area; manages time effectively in order to meet strict time deadlines and production volumes.</li> <li>Visually inspects parts for quality and reports any issues to Team Lead or Supervisor.</li> <li>Updates the ERP for work performed.</li> <li>Maintains daily production records as directed.</li> <li>Detects and reports improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials, and any unusual conditions to Team Lead and/or Supervisor.</li> <li>Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition; ensures equipment is in good operating condition.</li> <li>Attends and participates in monthly safety meetings.</li> <li>Adheres to all safety policies and wears personal protective equipment as required.</li> <li>Performs other related duties as requested.</li> </ul> <p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 118, 53);">Qualifications</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing">Required:</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li> <li>5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to interact with others, problem solve and collaborate</li> <li>Competent to operate computer and complete basic data entry in systems</li> <li>Must successfully learn specific responsibilities as assigned and adhere to production procedures</li> <li>Proficient and functioning in job responsibilities and able to attain MPS training sign-off within 90 days</li> <li>Physical dexterity to manipulate hand tools and power tools</li> <li>Ability to push, pull, lift and/or move materials of up to 30 lbs; capable of using hoists for materials over 30 lbs</li> <li>Ability to perform repetitive work requiring constant alertness or activity, including standing and lifting</li> <li>Highly detail-oriented in order to accurately follow variations in assembly procedures</li> <li>Ability to manipulate product components to fit together</li> <li>Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently on custom assembly</li> <li>Capable of following verbal and/or written instruction</li> <li>Good communication skills with the ability to work within a team setting</li> <li>Well organized</li> </ul> <p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 118, 53);">Work Environment</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing">This position works primarily in a production floor environment where large equipment and noise are prevalent</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing">.&nbsp;
