Senior Product Manager at Guardz

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of usability, security, and platform scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within our product operating model to shape product roadmaps, enhance user engagement, and drive business impact. If you have a passion for building intuitive, high-performing, and secure digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features that improve usability, security, and overall user experience.</li> <li>Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and researchers to develop user-friendly, accessible, and secure products.</li> <li>Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and data to drive product decisions.</li> <li>Lead product discovery efforts to uncover opportunities for innovation, security enhancements, and process improvements.</li> <li>Establish and track key usability, security, and engagement metrics to measure product success.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and alignment with business goals.</li> <li>Champion a user-first mindset while ensuring security best practices are integrated into product development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within cybersecurity.</li> <li>Proven ability to drive usability improvements, platform development, or security-focused product strategies.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decision-making.</li> <li>Background in cybersecurity or security-focused products.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Experience working in a product operating model with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies that support empowered product teams.</li> </ul>
