They will coordinate shipment coverage, monitor track &amp; trace, PODs, unbilled and service issues, prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for their assigned accounts, and support the onboarding and growth of new business within their assigned portfolio.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contact carrier to obtain daily capacity and status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivered, empty</li> <li>Ensure correct load status in TMS, e.g., loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.</li> <li>Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary</li> <li>Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers, shippers and receivers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses</li> <li>Correspond with customer and carrier regarding detention information</li> <li>Communicate and gain approval for expedite shipments</li> <li>Identify patterns with shipper, receiver and carrier performance and recommend actions for improvement&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Support the growth of new accounts and opportunities within their assigned portfolio.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong><br>• Experience in a system related to TMS (tracking or monitoring of shipments)<br>• Completed bachelor's degree<br>• Advanced English</p> <p><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>1 year of logistics experience</li> <li>Experience or know of a dashboard system</li> <li>Office (excel, word, ppt)</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">About Uber Freight</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;134245529&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:160,&quot;335559739&quot;:80,&quot;335559740&quot;:278}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Uber Freight helps companies move goods more reliably and efficiently.
