We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Seasonal Store Manager to lead our team through the holiday rush and create an exceptional experience for every fan who walks through our doors.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They’re organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the store and team running smoothly during our busiest season.</p> <h3><strong>What Does a Seasonal Squishable Store Manager Do?&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p>The Seasonal Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the store throughout the holiday season and is accountable for its team, sales performance, customer experience, and store standards. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Leading, motivating, and supporting the store team throughout the busy holiday season</li> <li>Hiring, onboarding, and quickly preparing seasonal team members to deliver a great Squishable experience</li> <li>Driving sales and executing holiday promotions and priorities in partnership with the Regional Manager</li> <li>Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and POS transactions</li> <li>Maintaining accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and strong merchandise presentation during high-volume periods</li> <li>Creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient experience for customers, even during the busiest shopping days</li> <li>Maintaining company policies, operational standards, and a safe and organized store environment</li> <li>Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep the store running smoothly</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly engage, motivate, and organize a seasonal team</li> <li>Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities during busy periods</li> <li>Hands-on team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed</li> <li>Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li> <li>Comfortable with POS systems and basic retail technology</li> <li>Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.</li> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3> <p>Salary range for this position is $70,500-$73,000, plus bonus potential</p> <h3><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks</strong></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Generous employee discount (hello, giant plush!)</li> <li>Opportunities to stick around after the season — some of our seasonal team members go on to join Squishable in ongoing roles!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Seasonal Duration:</strong> November 2026 through early January 2027</p> <p><strong>Availability Requirements:</strong> Seasonal team members must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as these are some of our busiest times of the year.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Squishable.com, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
