In this role, you will be responsible to provide management, planning and execution of all aspects of service and warranty across all product categories – roofing and windows.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">Role Description and Expectations</span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="eop"> </span></span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559685&quot;:360,&quot;335559737&quot;:585,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Promote and comply with all company safety policies</li> <li>Maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures necessary to facilitate service&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage daily operations of service and warranty to ensure the highest level of customer service, while addressing issues quickly</li> <li>Must be able to troubleshoot issues for warranty services</li> <li>Manage internal process for each warranty service from set-up to</li> <li>Understand the requirements of the customer (internal/external) and quality work</li> <li>Track changes to work Keep detailed notes.</li> <li>Recommend best practices, improvements for production, performance, quality and safety in our Service Department</li> <li>Provide reporting as deemed</li> <li>Performs window and door measurements and places orders through manufacturer portals as needed</li> <li>Actively communicate with vendors for products needed to complete</li> <li>Conduct post installation quality control checks for window/door installations&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to travel as required</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559685&quot;:360,&quot;335559737&quot;:585,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}"><strong>Qualifications </strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in a Service/Warranty (Experience with roofing and window repair needed)</li> <li>Iphone and Ipad skills, required including Microsoft</li> <li>3- 5 years of experience in exterior home remodeling (installation and/or repair)</li> <li>Self-motivated and dynamic individual</li> <li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methods</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to problem solve, multi-task, work independently and make informed/correct decisions using best quality</li> <li>Have solid time management, organizational and planning skills in order to maintain schedules, budgets and track progress of multiple services at a</li> <li>Broad knowledge of service and warranty principles, practices and</li> <li>Ability to perform in a team</li> <li>Willing to learn and accept</li> <li>Perform work sitting, standing, walking and on jobsites for 8-10 hours per day, 5 days&nbsp;</li> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and go between jobsites and office</li> <li>The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; computer</li> </ul>
