The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in roofing installation, possess strong carpentry skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with our Production Manager and Roofing teams.</p> <p class="elementToProof"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous roofing installation experience with comprehensive knowledge of various roofing systems.</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work comfortably at varying roof pitches and heights.</li> <li>Dependability, punctuality, and strong time management skills.</li> <li>Problem-solving aptitude and a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners.</li> <li>Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and a team player.</li> <li>Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).</li> <li>Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License.</li> </ul> <p class="elementToProof"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Conduct roofing repairs, fascia/soffit repairs, and leak mitigation.</li> <li>Execute window repairs and demonstrate proficiency in carpentry skills.</li> <li>Inspect and identify issues for proper repair.</li> <li>Review scope of work for materials needed and ensure accurate documentation.</li> <li>Complete daily paperwork and work orders promptly.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
