Success in this role is demonstrated by an exceptional guest experience, a commitment to continuous learning and development, and achievement of business results.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What will you do? </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Supervises the overall operation of the designated stand including open/close procedures, cash handling, and leading employees in accordance with company policies/procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Assures that each guest’s order is prepared and delivered on time and in acceptable quality and quantity; responds to feedback from guests</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Inspects locations and submits reports regarding cleanliness conditions, food quality, inventory and incidents.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Conducts monthly audits, daily inventory and trains and motivates staff. Participates in meetings as deemed necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Provides necessary staff development and training in accordance with Southern Nevada Health guidelines and company standards to ensure a high-quality product is maintained.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ensures that front line colleagues are compliant with Company policies and local/state regulations and are delivering an exceptional guest experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site. &nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What do you need to succeed? </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in food service.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; adheres to TEAM training guidelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment while providing a high-quality service experience for guests.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience resolving inventory discrepancies.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Special Requirements</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">General physical requirements such as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, walking long distances, bending and constant motion is often required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">May be deployed to outdoor posts that may be exposed to triple-digit temperatures, UV rays, high winds, or monsoon weather.
