Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, this role will help align HR strategies with business objectives across Sphere leadership teams. The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to deliver scalable, creative solutions that enhance efficiency, support employee performance, and elevate the overall employee experience. This individual will build strong cross-functional relationships and partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to streamline processes and provide consistent, high-impact support throughout the employee lifecycle.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What will you do?</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Practice proactive and progressive human resource support by prioritizing time sensitive business needs and executing with urgency and effectiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to embed innovation, efficiency, and simplification into core HR processes, proactively identifying and implementing improvements that elevate the employee experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Partner with COEs in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, communications, and learning &amp; development to deliver seamless support across all phases of the employee lifecycle for designated business divisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide effective and timely HR administrative support for business units by ensuring accuracy, integrity of data and driving consistent follow-through, process adherence and productivity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and internal policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across supported business areas.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support a positive, inclusive workplace culture by consistently administering company policies, practices, and employee relations processes while promoting employee engagement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What do you need to succeed?</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
