Our platform serves as the mission-critical link between our portfolio managers and executing brokers, ensuring every trade is executed, allocated, and reported with absolute precision, low latency, and high fault tolerance.</p> <p>We’re looking for a strategic technical leader who remains deeply hands-on and is passionate about solving highly complex, ambiguous engineering challenges. You will drive the architectural vision, establish high-quality engineering standards, and work closely with product and design leadership to deliver impactful business outcomes. You will champion <strong>Agile</strong> methodologies and the adoption of <strong>AI-assisted development</strong> tools across the organization to amplify engineering delivery.</p> <p>This role requires someone to work Eastern working hours.</p> <p>Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.</p> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">The current range for this role is $150,000 - $234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.</span></p> <p>Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
