Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.</li> <li>Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.</li> <li>Learn and promote best engineering practices.</li> <li>Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.</li> <li>Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.</li> <li>Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Extensive software engineering experience</li> <li>Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery</li> <li>Proven ability to influence technical direction and make significant contributions to the architecture of complex, distributed systems.</li> <li>Understanding of REST, service-based architecture, and distributed systems.</li> <li>A rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Experience with object-oriented programming</li> <li>Experience building services with Java, SQL and AWS.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay.
