This position reports to the Interiors Discipline Team Leader and is responsible for assisting with the planning, design, and coordination of interior spaces on small to mid‑scale healthcare projects, gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑specific codes, regulatory requirements, and healthcare design standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to explore design challenges, develop interior solutions, and translate project goals into functional, welcoming spaces that support patient experience, staff performance, and overall well‑being. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical skills, apply foundational design principles, and grow your understanding of healthcare environments while working alongside experienced designers in a supportive, team‑based setting.
