The Project Manager will advise our clients on the design, repair, refurbishment, relocation, and construction of ATCTs with a special emphasis on design and construction management experience on ATCTs. font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide client airports with ATCT assessments and provide options to design, construct and improve ATCT services.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build relationships with clients to enhance Woolpert’s capabilities to recognize opportunities for, and serve problem-solving needs.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Have a solid construction management background on tall buildings to assist with new ATCT construction and refurbishment projects.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and support architectural and engineering staff regarding ATCT design, bid and construction.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support Woolpert Engineering and Planning staff to enhance complex projects with detailed understanding and analysis of complex airfield infrastructure.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated work experience on ATCTs or tall buildings.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience leading mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural and plumbing design teams for ATCTs or other tall buildings.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit is desirable.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
