This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of in-person corporate meetings and training events (approximately five mid-sized events annually plus periodic enterprise-wide programs).</li> <li>Develop and maintain a long-term event roadmap aligned with business and employee experience priorities.</li> <li>Design engaging participant journeys that enhance learning, connection, and clarity of message.</li> <li>Build and manage trusted vendor partnerships (venues, production, AV, travel, catering, facilitators, technology).</li> <li>Negotiate contracts and oversee budgets, timelines, run-of-show, and on-site execution.</li> <li>Create scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency and operational excellence.</li> <li>Serve as the accountable leader for assigned events, guiding stakeholders and resolving issues in real time.</li> <li>Define success metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve event design and delivery.</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event certifications preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of experience leading corporate events, conferences, or large-scale internal training programs.</li> <li>Experience managing events ranging from 200 to 2,000+ participants.</li> <li>Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budget oversight skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Confidence partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 20% to support event execution.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting HR, Talent Development, or workforce learning initiatives.</li> <li>Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similarly distributed workforces.</li> <li>Experience leading modernization or transformation of an organization’s event strategy.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
