</div></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, in-person position.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support associates and project teams in alignment with Holder’s Vision.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and legal to support ethical, compliant, and positive employee relations outcomes.</li>
<li>Assist with employee relations responses, including internal investigation planning, interviews, documentation, and outcome summaries.</li>
<li>Research and apply applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy standards.</li>
<li>Identify, track, analyze, and report on employee relations trends and insights.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage employee relations and separation communications and documentation.</li>
<li>Provide timely, high-quality service and communication to support associates.</li>
<li>Collect, organize, and maintain separation files for physical storage.</li>
<li>Review and respond to Unemployment Insurance claims.</li>
<li>Track and monitor required training through the company Learning Management System.</li>
<li>Conduct, review, and complete employee exit interviews.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related business field.</li>
<li>1–3 years of HR experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist roles, or work involving employment law.</li>
<li>Knowledge of or exposure to employee relations investigations and employment law matters.</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft, review, and manage detailed HR documentation and reports.</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous, and sensitive situations independently.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with a high level of empathy.</li>
<li>Demonstrated professionalism, ethical judgment, and integrity.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting or participating in internal employee relations investigations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS).</li>
<li>Experience analyzing employee relations data or trends to provide insights.</li>
