About the Role As Project Lead II, you will own consulting engagements end-to-end and lead high-stakes workstreams across technology-led domains (TMT, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom, Semiconductors, Healthcare, and adjacent sectors). This role is designed for a hands-on consulting leader who can translate ambiguous client asks into structured problem statements, lead teams through deep research and analysis, and deliver crisp, decision-ready recommendations. You will work closely with Engagement Managers and senior leadership on project delivery and practice development, while also contributing to business development through solutioning, proposals, and client pitches. What You’ll Do End-to-End Project Delivery <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own engagement delivery from first contact to final output — scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk management.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) from a top-tier university.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">MBA/PGDM preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4-8 years of experience in consulting / research / strategy / analysis-heavy roles with end-to-end project delivery exposure.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
