<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Teach school or competition math in a clear, engaging, student-centered way, using our curriculum, lesson materials, and instructional guidance</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Lead virtual classes with ~18 students, creating a positive, high-expectation learning environment</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Grade homework, give timely feedback, and communicate professionally with students/parents on progress and learning plans</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Participate in training, lesson prep, and ongoing professional development</span></li>

<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">~3-6 classes/week (6-12 teaching hours), plus admin hours (grading, prep, parent communications), total 30-40 hrs/week</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Class windows (Pacific Time): Wed-Fri, 4pm-8pm and Sat-Sun, 9am-8pm</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Once classes are assigned, your schedule stays consistent week to week (except federal holidays)</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Commit to at least one year (till May 2027)</span></li>

<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Performance-based pay increases up to 3 times per year, plus end-of-semester commission targeted at 15-30% of total teaching compensation</span></li>

<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Strong math foundation; Math, STEM-related, or Education majors preferred</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Available during the class windows above; available on at least one weekend day</span></li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Passion for teaching and supporting student growth; strong communication skills</span></li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong service mindset: proactive, comfortable initiating communication with parents, students, and the team, not just delivering lessons</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Open to feedback, self-reflective, and able to quickly adjust your teaching and service approach</li>
<li class=""><span class="ql-author-3637991">Tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or classroom teaching experience is a plus</span></li>
