About This Role Think Academy US is looking for an ELA Teacher Recruitment & Training Specialist to build the teaching team for our US Online English Language Arts program. Based in our downtown Toronto office, you will own the process from finding and assessing teacher candidates through training and readiness for their first class. You will work closely with the ELA teaching team to understand hiring needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and help new teachers meet our instructional standards.
