<p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end ocean freight processes including booking, documentation, tracking, and delivery.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding ocean shipments, providing timely updates and solutions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents to secure bookings and manage schedules.</li>
<li>Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or issues to customers and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Handle freight quotations, rate requests, and service inquiries.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations, customs brokerage, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.</li>
<li>Resolve service issues and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Provide reports as requested by customers.</li>
<li>All other tasks as assigned. </li>

<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
