<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage raw material inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and establish effective safety stock policies.</li>
<li>Forecast raw material requirements based on production plans and Bill of Materials (BOM), proactively identifying potential shortages and supply risks.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to minimize obsolete and slow-moving inventory while optimizing inventory performance.</li>
<li>Oversee raw material receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with FIFO and Lot Traceability requirements.</li>
<li>Optimize warehouse operations, space utilization, and material flow to improve operational efficiency and productivity.</li>
<li>Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate material supply disruptions, and coordinate with customers regarding supply constraints and recovery plans.</li>
<li>Lead inventory audits and analyze inventory data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and develop material management personnel while managing team performance and accountability.</li>
<li>Foster cross-functional collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and other departments to support business objectives.</li>
<li>Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), while leading process improvement projects to enhance overall material management performance.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Warehouse MHE experience preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office Products</li>
<li>Proficiency in Korean is required </li>
</ul>
