About the Role

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Replay Administrator position is an opportunity for aspiring candidates to collaborate with dedicated members of the MLB Instant Replay staff to help improve the overall quality of the game. In this position, a Replay Administrator will assist in recording Replay data, disseminating pertinent information to club and league representatives during live games, and handling daily reporting, along with other administrative responsibilities within the department.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor all live games for plays that come to replay review</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Record relevant data points specific to each game and replay review</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Compile and distribute daily Replay information, video links, and data sheets for daily reporting</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in responding to internal inquiries regarding Replay data</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Skills</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be extremely detail oriented</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be able to communicate clearly, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be able to handle live, fast-paced, and high-pressure situations</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be able to act professionally with and around MLB Umpires and MLBOC employees</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong knowledge of MLB rules, Replay Regulations and baseball specific language</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel,&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">PowerPoint, </span>and Outlook</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience working in baseball preferred but nor required</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
