<p>L1 Interview –Project/Program Manager skills + Banking Domain + Channels and Contact center automation</p>

<li>Lead PM with strong experience in Channels and Contact centre automation.</li>
<li>Has strong and in-depth understanding of Program Governance & Benefits quantification and assurance</li>
<li>Managing large and complex transformation delivery engagements as a Senior Project/Program Manager</li>
<li>Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques.</li>
<li>Experience in managing multi country/market engagements</li>
<li>Should have extensive experience with Agile led delivery</li>
<li>Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.</li>
<li>Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and management skills.</li>
