<p>One of our operating companies, <a href="https://www.lancom.tech/">Lancom</a>, is looking for a Talent & People Partner to join their team in Auckland.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who enjoys operating across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership to shape culture, capability and people strategy.</p>
<p>Reporting to the CEO and supported by the Fractional Integrator, you will play a key role in driving recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, compliance and wellbeing initiatives across both local and remote teams.</p>
<p>This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.</p>
<p>As the organisation continues to grow, there is strong long-term potential for the role to evolve into a People & Culture Manager position.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning initiatives</li>
<li>Partner with leaders across the business on employee relations and people management matters</li>
<li>Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and compliance across NZ and Australian employment legislation</li>
<li>Drive engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives across the organisation</li>
<li>Coordinate learning and development programmes aligned to business capability needs</li>
<li>Support remuneration and performance review processes</li>
<li>Manage HR operations including offboarding, HRIS administration, reporting and compliance activities</li>
<li>Contribute to employer branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with remote workforce providers to ensure consistent people practices and employee experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist Talent & People role</li>
<li>Previous experience within technology, MSP or professional services environments preferred</li>
<li>Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes</li>
<li>Knowledge of New Zealand employment law and health & safety requirements</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities </li>
<li>High emotional intelligence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working with HR systems and people data</li>
<li>Coaching experience or qualifications highly regarded</li>
<li>Exposure to Australian employment law advantageous</li>
