<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Proposals Manager</span></strong></span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Department: </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">Strategic Solutions</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Reports To: </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">VP of Strategic Solutions</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities:&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Update and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;model&nbsp;to support proposal efforts.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Research and analyze historical pricing data for&nbsp;presentation to&nbsp;management.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals based on clinical protocols and&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;request for proposal (RFP) specifications.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Compile costs and technical elements in the development of change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Rep.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Update, organize and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;RFI response&nbsp;library&nbsp;to support RFI response efforts.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate and&nbsp;author&nbsp;RFI responses&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;RFI specifications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Liaise with&nbsp;Finance&nbsp;Department on any pricing/billing inquiries.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Requirements:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s Degree&nbsp;required, in the field of Business Administration preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">At least 4 </span><span data-contrast="auto">years of related proposals experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">At least 3 years in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry required, eClinical technologies experience preferred </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ambition, self-motivation, and&nbsp;a high level&nbsp;of energy</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to network</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Time management and organizational skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Analytical thinking ability</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Creative problem-solving ability</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Negotiating</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Written and verbal communication skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Attention to detail</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with CRM solutions preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>We are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
