<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a strong, people-first Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop high-performing Design Consultants (our field sales team) within our Seattle, WA</span><span data-contrast="auto"> market. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">In this role, you will drive consistent execution and performance through clear communication, hands-on coaching, and data-driven improvement plans. You will partner closely with field sales trainers, ensure adoption of our established sales program, and bring fresh ideas that enhance or streamline sales operations. You will also work cross-functionally with Installation, Order Entry, Purchasing, and Finance to support a smooth customer experience, including helping resolve escalated issues or cancellations when needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p>
