About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in content creation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and delivering engaging sales training programs that drive performance and growth. This role will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed, while also creating high-quality training materials and content tailored to our sales strategies and business goals.  <hr> Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Remote Location: Must be East Coast based  Compensation: $90,000k - $100,000k annually, plus bonus  <hr> What You’ll Do  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs focused on improving product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to both new hires and experienced sales team members. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust programs accordingly. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, videos, scripts, and other resources. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and maintain a library of sales training content that is easily accessible and up to date. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure training materials align with company branding, messaging, and sales strategies. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to reinforce training and drive performance improvements. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop customized training plans to address specific skills gaps and opportunities for growth. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with the sales management team to understand business goals and align training programs accordingly. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Act as a resource for sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. </li> </ul>   What You’ll Bring  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong background in content creation (e.g., presentations, video production, instructional design). </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to design and deliver training programs tailored to different learning styles. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and customer engagement techniques. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with training platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, video editing software). </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li> </ul>   Preferred Skillset:  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
