<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Automotive Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers to find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and providing an exceptional guest experience through the sales process.</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Respond promptly to inbound Internet, phone, text, and digital leads.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage follow-up and set appointments using CRM, email, phone, and SMS.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate and confirm showroom visits and test drives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use consultative selling skills to help customers select the right vehicle.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stay knowledgeable on vehicle models, features, and competitive offerings.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing questions and concerns.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Take ownership of the customer journey to create a strong dealership impression.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required:</strong> Minimum of 1 year of previous automotive Internet sales experience within a dealership</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A passion for helping people find their dream cars</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A drive to succeed and build a lasting career</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The estimated annual earnings for this position are $35,152.00 - $150,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, etc.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions based on performance but will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods.</span></p>
