<p>DV Trading is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and scale our HR function across a fast-paced proprietary trading environment. This individual will serve as a key business partner to leadership, employee engagement, organizational development, and operational excellence across the firm.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in human resources leadership, experience supporting high-performance teams, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. Prior experience within the trading, financial services, fintech, or broader capital markets industry is strongly preferred.</p>
<p data-renderer-start-pos="706" data-local-id="6d17a07f558d"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide guidance and coaching to managers on organizational design, employee development, performance management, and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Manage compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking and market competitiveness</li>
<li>Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-making</li>
<li>Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives</li>
<li>Support international HR initiatives and expansion efforts where applicable</li>
<li>Defines company policies, employee engagement, and company culture</li>
<li>Manages the budget for the HR department</li>
<li>Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis</li>
<li>Oversees onboarding and integration for new employees</li>
<li>Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent</li>
</ul>
<p data-renderer-start-pos="731" data-local-id="db73e6d3f6c4"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related people operations roles</li>
<li>Previous HR leadership experience required</li>
<li>Industry experience within proprietary trading, hedge funds, financial services, fintech, or capital markets strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations</li>
<li>Experience supporting high-growth, fast-paced, or performance-driven organizations</li>
<li>Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li>
<li>Experience with HRIS systems, compensation planning, and recruiting processes</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus</li>

It represents a good-faith estimate of the base pay we anticipate offering, with actual compensation determined by your experience, education, skills, and performance throughout the interview process. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus (at DV Trading's discretion) and DV Trading's benefits package, including the benefits listed above.</em></span></p></div><div class="title">Base Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$200,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$225,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
