<li>Coordinate benefit enrollment processes, support open enrollment across all countries, and manage new hire orientation for benefits onboarding <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":172,"335559740":269,"335559991":406}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Serve as primary resource for employee benefit questions and issues, providing expert guidance on plan options and eligibility </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":172,"335559740":269,"335559991":406}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop deep expertise in medical plans and benefits structure; educate employees and managers on plan options and utilization </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":172,"335559740":269,"335559991":406}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Manage benefits compliance across all jurisdictions, including FMLA administration and ACA reporting, </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":172,"335559740":269,"335559991":406}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel</span></li>
