<p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><span class="marklnu2do1jy" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Insurance</span> Business Analysia</strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">• Strong experience in&nbsp;<span class="marklnu2do1jy" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Insurance</span>&nbsp;domain transformation initiatives with exposure to large-scale business change programs.<br>• Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, process consulting, and customer onboarding journeys.<br>• Proven ability to streamline and optimize business processes while working with cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams.<br>• Strong experience in CRM platforms with moderate knowledge of Salesforce CRM for customer and workflow management.<br>• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment across business and technology teams.<br>• Strong understanding of transformation delivery lifecycle, operating models, and process improvement methodologies.<br>• HSBC experience and awareness of governance, and ways of working is highly preferred.<br>• Preferred candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
