This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Senior Consultant within the Securities Services team, you be part of Custody transformation projects across securities services for top-tier financial institution&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to deliver <strong><strong class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">Custody transformation projects</strong></strong></li> <li>Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications across the custody operating model.</li> <li>Support change initiatives covering the end-to-end securities lifecycle, settlement, safekeeping, asset servicing, corporate actions, income processing, and reconciliation&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls enhancement, automation, and digitization across custody operations&nbsp;</li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln">Develop target operating models and future-state processes across custody and investor servicing functions.​‌</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln">4+ years of experience within <strong>Global Custody, Securities Services,</strong> or financial services consulting&nbsp;</li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln">Strong understanding of <strong>Custody and Securities Operation</strong>, including trade settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, income processing, cash and securities, and asset servicing.&nbsp;</li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln">Proven Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.</li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln">Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives across custody platforms, securities servicing, or post-trade operations.&nbsp;</li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln">Familiarity with&nbsp;SWIFT messaging, settlement processes, and market infrastructure such as Clearstream and Euroclear would be advantageous.&nbsp;</li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business, operations, and technology teams.</li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"><strong><strong class="___1qwroh2 fl43uef f19n0e5">Immediately Available Preferred!</strong></strong></li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks and leading financial services in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
