As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Applicants should possess a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.</p> <p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Mizzen+Main’s products, values, and brand story, and always represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.</li> <li>Engage customers with a personalized, consultative sales approach — assisting with product selection, providing detailed product information, and creating a seamless checkout experience.</li> <li>Process all customer transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor through effective and visual merchandising, folding, hanging, and replenishment of inventory.</li> <li>Execute store operations including opening/closing procedures, stockroom organization and replenishment, and daily upkeep tasks, while always prioritizing customer service.</li> <li>Stay up to date on in-store and online promotions, events, and new product launches to provide customers with timely and relevant information.</li> <li>Support and help execute in-store events in alignment with brand expectations and presentation standards.</li> <li>Actively participate in achieving store sales goals and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Follow all company policies and procedures, including operational and safety guidelines.</li> <li>Proactively build and expand the customer base through strategic networking, community outreach, and consistent client follow-up.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.</li> <li>Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li> <li>Dependable and punctual, with the ability to follow direction and take initiative.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.</li> <li>Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended&nbsp;</li> <li>periods of time</li> </ul> <p>While this job posting emphasizes the key responsibilities and requirements.
