Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role demands a solid foundation in financial expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITITES</p> <p>Your main responsibilities will include:</p> <p>Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with UK Central Finance and China Mainland Finance teams to prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for the Hong Kong entity</li> <li>Support the month-end closing process, the year-end tax filing and financial audits</li> </ul> <p>Company Secretarial &amp; Payments</p> <ul> <li>Manage the company secretarial functions for the Hong Kong company, including maintaining statutory records and ensuring compliance with local regulations</li> <li>Review and apply for the company payment requests</li> </ul> <p>Outbound Business Support</p> <ul> <li>Handle invoicing and payment tracking for China outbound business, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions</li> </ul> <p>China Payment Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist the mainland China finance team with payment application&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Ad-hoc Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide support on other finance-related or administrative/HR tasks as needed.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
