<p>Navan Edge is creating a new category in travel: an <strong>intelligent, conversational AI concierge</strong> that supports business travelers across their entire journey. We’re rebuilding the travel booking and management experience from the ground up—making it personal, proactive, and entirely user-centric. Navan Edge isn't just a tool; it’s a travel companion that anticipates needs and solves problems in real time.</p>
<h3><strong>The role</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a strategic, high-energy <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Product Marketing Manager </strong>to spearhead the growth and adoption of Navan Edge. In this role, you sit at the cross-section of Product, Leadership, Marketing, and Legal, ensuring that our innovation is matched by bold, relevant messaging.</p>
<p>Your mission is to build a seamless <strong>product-to-market feedback loop</strong> that makes our roadmap feel as if it were written by our customers themselves. You will be the primary advocate for the business traveler, translating their needs into a visionary product story that feels human, not just technical.</p>
<h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own the Navan Edge narrative:</strong> Develop the overarching product story, positioning, and value drivers. You will ensure we have a differentiated "customer promise" that cuts through the noise of the travel space.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic GTM ownership:</strong> Define further buyer segmentation (ICP) and launch frameworks for new features and geographic expansions.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional catalyst:</strong> Act as the connective tissue between <strong>Product, C-level stakeholders, Marketing, Legal, and external vendors/partners</strong>. You will align these departments to ensure our messaging is not only visionary but also compliant.</li>
<li><strong>Community collaboration:</strong> Partner closely with our <strong>Brand Experience Manager</strong> to turn customer feedback into advocacy and ensure our community insights directly influence the product roadmap.</li>
<li><strong>Sales and org enablement:</strong> Build the playbooks, talk tracks, and collateral that help our global teams navigate conversations about Navan Edge with confidence and clarity.</li>
<li><strong>Full-funnel optimization:</strong> Guide narrative direction across landing pages, lifecycle emails, and marketing funnels to improve conversion and feature adoption through constant testing and iteration.</li>
<li><strong>Product roadmap influence:</strong> Use qualitative and quantitative customer research to uncover real motivations and objections, acting as a strategic advisor to <strong>Product</strong> leadership on what to build next.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Your experience and skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>5+ years of PMM excellence:</strong> Proven experience in end-to-end product marketing for B2B/B2C products, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.</li>
<li><strong>Native English speaker:</strong> Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to articulate a vision that feels personal and intuitive.</li>
<li><strong>AI savvy and quality obsessed:</strong> Experience integrating AI tools into your workflow to streamline research and content generation. You know how to prompt for efficiency while maintaining a high "quality bar" for the final output.</li>
<li><strong>Community and user advocacy:</strong> Deep experience in "listening" to the market. You know how to leverage customer communities to gather insights and turn users into brand champions.</li>
<li><strong>Presentation and design literacy:</strong> Expert-level ability to build narrative-driven decks. You can take a complex concept and turn it into a simple story that wins over both users and executives.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder management:</strong> Demonstrated ability to influence executives and navigate complex cross-functional environments to get products to market.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Strategic and data-informed:</strong> Ability to use customer research and market signals to guide product priorities and GTM focus.</p>
