About the Role

<p>We are looking for a highly skilled <strong>User Acquisition Manager</strong> to join the Navan growth team. You will own our performance activity, driving growth through scalable acquisition strategies across <strong>social and discovery platforms</strong>. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional with 3–4 years of experience who can balance technical campaign management with high-impact creative intuition.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Discovery Channel Leadership:</strong> Lead the planning and execution of high-scale performance campaigns across social discovery channels, ensuring Navan stays top-of-mind in the feed.</li> <li><strong>Full-Funnel Optimization:</strong> Drive the end-to-end strategy for user acquisition, optimizing every touchpoint from the first "scroll-stopping" ad impression to the final signup.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Scaling:</strong> Utilize a rigorous analytical approach to monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and aggressive scaling opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Agile Performance Management:</strong> Maintain a pulse on budgets and real-time KPIs, identifying immediate opportunities to pivot strategies for maximum efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Experimentation &amp; Innovation:</strong> Design and execute a relentless testing roadmap—covering new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad formats—to stay ahead of market trends.</li> <li><strong>Creative Strategy:</strong> Partner with creative teams to produce trend-aware video content and UGC, using data-driven insights to iterate on high-performing hooks.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Proven UA Track Record:</strong> 3–4 years of experience managing large-scale budgets in a B2C or B2B2C environment from a leading SaaS company.</li> <li><strong>Discovery Mastery:</strong> Deep, hands-on expertise in social discovery platforms, with a primary focus on <strong>Meta. </strong>You know how to navigate the auction, leverage algorithms, and optimize for high-intent conversions.</li> <li><strong>Growth Analytics:</strong> Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics to drive high-stakes optimization decisions and tell a compelling story through data.</li> <li><strong>AI &amp; Tech Savvy:</strong> A passion for leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, automate reporting, and maintain a high-velocity output.</li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> An open-minded, agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with rapid, daily experimentation.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li> </ul>
