<h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2>
<p>As an <strong>Electrical Construction Estimator</strong>, you will develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for a <strong>diverse portfolio of electrical construction projects</strong> across multiple business lines, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Transmission and Distribution (T&D)</li>
<li>Substations and grid infrastructure</li>
<li>Industrial and construction electrical work (inside wiring / MV systems)</li>
<li>Renewable energy and power generation</li>
<li>Civil and electrical foundation scopes</li>
</ul>
<p>You will evaluate <strong>bid documents, drawings, and specifications</strong> to ensure all aspects of the project scope—labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs—are fully captured and aligned with execution strategy.</p>

<li>Solicit, evaluate, and level <strong>subcontractor and vendor pricing</strong> to ensure complete and competitive bids</li>
<li>Identify <strong>constructability challenges, scope gaps, risks, and value‑engineering opportunities</strong></li>
<li>Collaborate with <strong>Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams</strong> to align estimates with field execution plans</li>
<li>Prepare clear, accurate, and organized <strong>estimate documentation and bid packages</strong></li>
<li>Participate in <strong>bid reviews, turnover meetings, and pricing strategy discussions</strong></li>
<li>Track bid outcomes and support <strong>budget validation and continuous improvement efforts</strong></li>
