Sitting at the core of our platform, they connect the world’s best experiences with the largest audiences, helping the live entertainment industry grow and evolve. As the General Manager (Nordics), you will serve as a crucial senior leader responsible for successfully scaling Fever’s presence across the region. Acting as the primary representative and advocate for the market, you will build and direct a highly effective business development team, forge a strong network of event organizers, and spearhead strategic efforts to consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets. By balancing strategic foresight with operational pragmatism, you will ensure long-term partner success, communicate local product and process needs to HQ, and collaborate closely with global stakeholders to share best practices and champion international initiatives.   What You'll Do <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build your personal brand as a senior leader in the most exciting industry in the world.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Represent Fever's interests in your markets.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage and build a highly effective senior business development team.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Initiate and lead strategic business development efforts across the region.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Set up initial network of event organizer relationships as well as the local sales process.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure long term success for partners at Fever. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Think strategically and pragmatically about technology, data analysis, operations and expansion.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Collaborating continuously with senior cross functional stakeholders in the business. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Report, and be responsible for quarterly performance goals.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Collaborate and share best practices with fellow GM’s covering other regions, and lead certain global initiatives.</li> </ul>   Who You Are This role demands an entrepreneurial individual with a track-record of launching businesses into new markets or new business segments.
