We research, conceptualize, and craft campaigns, producing audiovisual and digital content that brings our projects to life. By collaborating across teams, we ensure every experience is supported with creative strategies and insights that make an impact.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Role:</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for a creative marketing professional to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing initiatives, develop strategic communications across multiple channels, leverage market insights to identify new opportunities, and continuously optimize campaign performance through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You´ll Do</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, from conceptualization to delivery, to sell our largest experiences across the globe.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Understand and align with the marketing strategy, proposing new opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Create the concepts, briefs, and copywriting for a variety of assets including social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, OOH, and others.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Defines the social media strategy ensuring creative consistency and performance-driven content across platforms.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Work closely together with the design, video, and audiovisual production teams to bring ideas from concept to execution, ensuring the highest quality outputs</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conducts in-depth market research and trend scouting to inform strategic decisions and and recommend new content formats, platforms, and ideas for strengthening our marketing campaigns</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Analyze the results of our campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement in the performance of the assets we create</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct regular meetings with our partners in order to gather feedback on campaigns and assets, pitch new content opportunities, and update them about the status of the project.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>WhoYou Are:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Native level of proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish. French, Portuguese, German, or Italian are a plus</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably focused on marketing, advertising, or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
