The Account Management Team is a highly consultative group that lives the mantra of “client delight.” Account Managers own both the retention and growth of these accounts, providing consistent white-glove service accentuating Fieldwire’s value proposition of being the world’s most trusted field management solution for construction teams on projects of any scale. We’re looking for a well-rounded strategic operator who can both build strong relationships with Fieldwire’s customers and manage projects with the Construction Success Team to engage with customers at scale. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop relationships with our small and medium sized customer accounts, doing proactive outreach to help uncover pain points, and discover opportunities to help them get more value out of Fieldwire</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with our small and medium sized customer accounts</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business of about 150 accounts</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Perform Business Reviews, demonstrations, and trainings with clients</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Solve complex customer needs by working with our Construction Success Team </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">1-2 years in a quota-carrying inside sales experience while consistently exceeding targets, required</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience with outbound sales motions, including prospecting to generate leads and running full-cycle sales, preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":220,"335559739":220}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="none">The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
