Join our team and shape the digital future of the construction industry with us.</p> <p><strong>The primary responsibilities for our next Sales Development Manager will be to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the construction industry and Hilti's evolution as a leading software provider in the industry</li> <li>Responsible for the strategic and operational management of your customer base: planning customer acquisition measures, arranging customer appointments, advancing strategic initiatives, creating sales offers, negotiating contracts and expanding accounts</li> <li>Presentation and sale of state-of-the-art software and services digitally and on the phone (if necessary, also on site at customers)</li> <li>Create, maintain and close deals through outbound qualification</li> <li>Implementation of meaningful software demonstrations in front of potential new and existing customers</li> <li>Effectively collaborate with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipeline</li> <li>Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’re looking for our next Sales Development Manager to have the following skills and experiences:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training</li> <li>1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role and/or in a project management role within the construction industry</li> <li>Very good knowledge of Hungarian and English</li> <li>Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills</li> <li>Enjoys advising customers digitally and by phone (and in person if necessary)</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting targets</li> <li>Self-initiative and strong motivation to achieve success</li> <li>Ability to use feedback in a positive and constructive way</li> <li>Confident demeanor, empathy, and effective communication skills to build mutual understanding with potential customers at various levels</li> <li>Willingness to travel</li> </ul> <p><strong>And if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today!</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in selling tech software or working in a start-up environment</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Fieldwire?</strong></p> <p>Fieldwire is a construction field management software, used on over 1,000,000+ projects worldwide.
