<div class="x_x_x_x_x_x_x_elementToProof">We are looking for a financing operator - someone who can run complex growth-stage capital raises end-to-end, build institutional-grade financial narratives, and operate credibly with sophisticated investors across infrastructure, AI, defense, and sovereign capital markets.</div>

<div class="x_x_x_x_x_x_x_elementToProof">You will work directly with the COO and executive leadership team as the internal lead for financing, strategic finance initiatives, and investor engagement. When a financing process is live, you become the operational quarterback for the company.</div>
