<p><strong>Business Development Representative (New Office Launch Team)</strong></p>
<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Synchrogistics (“Synchro”)</strong> is a dynamic, $100 million 3PL brokerage headquartered in Raleigh, NC. We specialize in executing reliable, customer-focused transportation solutions through strong carrier relationships, clear communication, and data-driven decision making.</p>
<p>We’re opening a <strong>new brokerage office in Wendell, NC</strong>, and we’re looking for driven, entry-level professionals to help us build it from the ground up.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>This is a unique opportunity to join a new brokerage team at the ground level and grow with us. As a <strong>Business Development Representative</strong>, you’ll start by learning the logistics business from the inside out – working closely with an experienced sales executive and your team to understand how freight moves, how relationships are built, and how deals get done.</p>
<p>Over your first 3-6 months, you’ll rotate through hands-on brokerage functions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting your sales executive with freight pickups, deliveries, and problem resolution for daily shipments</li>
<li>Building and managing loads in our Transportation Management System (TMS) while maintaining accurate documentation</li>
<li>Learning how to source, negotiate, and develop long-term carrier relationships</li>
</ul>
<p>Once you’ve mastered the operational side, you’ll transition into a <strong>sales and brokerage role</strong> – developing your own customers, negotiating rates, and growing your book of business under the guidance of a seasoned mentor.</p>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>

<li>HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred</li>
<li>Full-time, on-site availability in Wendell, NC</li>
<li>High energy, competitive drive, and a passion for learning</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle conflict</li>
<li>Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>
