Why Synchro?   Our 5-month Sales Executive Training Program is designed to set you up for long-term success. During your first 3 months, you'll be immersed in our operations team, learning how freight moves from start to finish. You'll work alongside experienced logistics professionals to understand the day-to-day operations, build industry knowledge, and develop the foundation every successful transportation sales professional needs. During the next 2 months, you'll transition into sales training, where you'll be paired with an experienced Sales Executive who will coach and mentor you through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and developing your own customer portfolio. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll begin building your own book of business while continuing to receive hands-on support from your mentor and leadership team. By the end of the program, you'll have a deep understanding of the logistics industry, real sales experience, and the tools needed to succeed in a high-growth sales career.
