<p class="" data-start="148" data-end="219"><strong data-start="148" data-end="161">Location:</strong> Duluth, GA<br data-start="174" data-end="177"><strong data-start="177" data-end="186">Type:</strong> Full-Time<br data-start="196" data-end="199"><strong data-start="199" data-end="214">Start Date:</strong> ASAP</p>
<h4 class="" data-start="548" data-end="578"><strong data-start="553" data-end="578">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4>
<p>Regulatory Compliance<br>1) Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and state-specific safety regulations.<br>2) Maintain and update driver qualification files, vehicle maintenance records, and safety audits.<br>3) Manage Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance.</p>
<p>Driver Training & Development<br>1) Conduct new hire safety orientations and ongoing driver training programs.<br>2) Provide coaching, counseling, and retraining for drivers with safety violations or accidents.<br>3) Promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the fleet.</p>
<p>Accident & Incident Management<br>1) Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports.<br>2) Work with insurance and claims departments to resolve incidents.<br>3) Develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.</p>
<p>Auditing & Monitoring<br>1) Conduct regular audits of logs, DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports), and maintenance records.<br>2) Monitor CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability) scores and take proactive measures to improve them.<br>3) Track safety KPIs, including accident frequency, violations, and training completion.</p>
<p>Communication & Reporting<br>1) Serve as the primary contact for DOT audits, inspections, and safety-related inquiries.<br>2) Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and HR to ensure safety policies are followed.<br>3) Provide regular safety performance reports to leadership.</p>
<h4 class="" data-start="1291" data-end="1315"><strong data-start="1296" data-end="1315">Qualifications:</strong></h4>
<p class="" data-start="1319" data-end="1396">-Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.<br>-Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.<br>-Prior experience in logistics or transportation of 1+ years is a plus but not required.<br>-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>-Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.<br>-Basic mechanical skills are a plus.<br>-Knowledge about drivers' qualification files and trucking equipment.<br>-Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred, but not required.</p>
